激励员工,怎样才更给力?-经营管理-创业商学院-创业中国

要真正解决员工的激励问题,就要先弄明白员工的动机和驱动力。哈佛商学院现任院长尼廷.诺里亚和另外两位哈佛商学院教授撰写的《员工激励的“四力模型”》认为:人的感情驱动力可以分为四种:1、获取,即获得经济和社会地位等东西;2、结合,即与个人和群体建立联系;3、理解,即了解我们周围的世界;4、防御,即抵御外部威胁和推动正义。 要想充分激励员工,管理者就必须同时满足所有四个驱动力。具体而言,获取驱动力最容易通过组织的奖励制度得到满足;要满足结合驱动力,就要建立一种促进团队合作、协作、开放和友谊的文化;要满足理解驱动力,最好设计出有意义、有乐趣且具有挑战性的岗位;要满足防御驱动力,这需要设计公正、可信、透明的绩效管理和资源配置流程。 还有一个更实用的办法。哈佛商学院教授特蕾莎.阿马比尔和作家史蒂文.克雷默经过十几年的努力,深入研究了上万条创意性项目团队成员的工作日志,在此基础上揭示了其中的奥秘:“每天在有意义的工作中取得进展的成就感,是激励员工的关键。”因此,如果把管理重点放在工作进展和员工管理上,更容易让员工有成就感,提高组织的绩效。   via 激励员工,怎样才更给力?-经营管理-创业商学院-创业中国.
