全民放贷狂潮在内地已不可遏止。以往是经济比较发达的地方,民间借贷规模汹涌,现在连经济落后的地方也开始疯狂放贷,不仅是富人,很多穷人也拿保命钱疯狂投入 在江浙一带农村,家家参与高利贷,而且发展成类似传销模式,亲戚、朋友抱成一团。截至上月底,六十四家上市公司的一百七十亿元委托贷款大多已流向了高利贷市场。银监会主席刘明康曾表示,保守估计目前沿海地区约有三万亿元银行贷款流入高利贷市场。 事实上,浙江温州、福建厦门一带,银行员工当高利贷掮客,因为资金链断裂而出现离职、逃跑甚至跳楼等情况屡屡出现,有些贷款者被放贷者二十四小时禁锢,有的甚至被杀害。由于一宗高利贷案件往往涉资亿万,牵涉的人数众多,一旦雪崩,往往会形成大规模群体性事件,结果由谁来埋单呢?
